These gears adhere to ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality control standards and have a dimension bore tolerance of +/- 0.01mm. They are manufactured according to AGMA, JIS, and DIN quality standards.

The gears can undergo surface treatments like blackening, plating, anodizing, and hard anodizing. They have a hardness range of 30 to 60 H.R.C. The size and color of the gears can be customized based on customer drawings, and they can be given a polished or matte surface, painting, texture, vacuum aluminizing, or stamped with a logo. The dimensions tolerance of the gears is ±0.01mm or more precise.

Samples will be sent for confirmation and approval, with the shipping cost paid by the customers. The gears will be carefully packaged according to customer requirements.
