This product is a high precision small plastic gear made of nylon or POM material. It is manufactured through the process of injection molding using a mold. Product Description

The main product of this mold and injection molding is a daily commodity wool combing bristle part with 2450 holes. The mold base used is LKM or HASCO, and the mold material is S136, 2344, 718, 738, NAK80, or P20. The mold precision is up to +/-0.01mm, and the mold life can range from 100k to 5000K shots, depending on the requirement. It can be produced as a single cavity mold or a multi-cavity mold. The runner system can be either hot runner or cold runner. The gate type can be pinpoint gate, edge gate, sub gate, film gate, valve gate, open gate, etc.

To manufacture this product, various equipment is used including high-speed CNC, standard CNC, EDM, wire cutting, WEDM, grinder, and plastic injection molding machines ranging from 50-818T. The plastic materials that can be used include PA6, PA66, ASA, POM, ABS, ABS+GF, ABS+PC, PP, PE, PC, PMMA (Acrylic), TPE, TPU, PEI, PBT, PTFI. The metal materials used are pre-harden steel and heat treatment steel. Surface treatment options include polishing/smooth, texture/frosted, painting, plating, printing, etc.
